Wes joined Premier Power Maintenance in 2019, and serves as the Executive Director of Risk Management. His responsibilities include managing all Corporate Resources, Human Resources, Safety, Assets, Procurement and Workforce Development.
Wes has amassed 20 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. Most recently, he was the Risk Management Director for a large specialty contractor after serving as the Corporate Safety Director for 10 years. He has spent his career taking a thoughtful, yet pragmatic approach to workplace safety.
Wes is dedicated to process improvement, policy evolution, and developing program goals and objectives for Premier as well as the different operating units. He is driven to operate with a high level of competency while developing trust and credibility with front-line workers, management and peers.
In his free time, Wes is highly active with coaching school sports for his children. Wes earned a B.A. in Psychology from Hanover College (IN) and is currently working to attain his Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation.
