Brian Templeman is the President for Premier Power Maintenance and holds responsibility for driving the growth and direction of the field service team, sales group, and technical training elements of the business. 

Brian brings 14 years of experience in the electrical power industry, beginning his career as a Field Service Technician and later onto being the Shop Manager of the Apparatus Shop. During his time in the field he developed a passion for project management along with finding and solving customer “pain points”. This would later lead to a peaked interest in the sales phase, project lifecycle, and customer retention.

Brian also has an interest in business intelligence and analytics within Premier Power Maintenance. Examining and organizing company data into key performance metrics so everyone knows what they are accountable for and how they are measuring up to expectations is a focal point for Brian. Brian’s philosophy is that a data driven company will provide a sound platform to make intentional and educated business decisions.

Brian fosters an emphasis on slow and steady growth while hiring team members who share in Premier’s core values of Integrity, Skill & Teamwork. The top priority for Brian is working diligently to create a valued culture where the team can thrive, and the Company can grow.

In his free time, Brian enjoys home improvement projects, watersports, boating, and traveling with his family. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Purdue University.
