Brian Templeman is the President for Premier Power Maintenance and holds responsibility for driving the growth and direction of the field service team, sales group, and technical training elements of the business. 

Brian brings 14 years of experience in the electrical power industry, beginning his career as a Field Service Technician and later onto being the Shop Manager of the Apparatus Shop. During his time in the field he developed a passion for project management along with finding and solving customer “pain points”. This would later lead to a peaked interest in the sales phase, project lifecycle, and customer retention.

Brian also has an interest in business intelligence and analytics within Premier Power Maintenance. Examining and organizing company data into key performance metrics so everyone knows what they are accountable for and how they are measuring up to expectations is a focal point for Brian. Brian’s philosophy is that a data driven company will provide a sound platform to make intentional and educated business decisions.

Brian fosters an emphasis on slow and steady growth while hiring team members who share in Premier’s core values of Integrity, Skill & Teamwork. The top priority for Brian is working diligently to create a valued culture where the team can thrive, and the Company can grow.

In his free time, Brian enjoys home improvement projects, watersports, boating, and traveling with his family. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Purdue University.

Kevin Templeman is a Vice President for Premier Power Maintenance and is responsible for driving the growth and direction of the business in the finance, human resources, safety, and asset departments.

Kevin began his career at Premier Power Maintenance as a sophomore in high school, working in the office on various administrative projects during the summer. After high school, Kevin spent his summer breaks away from college following his father, Andy, on projects to begin learning the field side of the business. Having spent his first 10 years full time in the field, Kevin has become an advocate in terms of making sure the entire team has all the proper PPE, tooling, equipment, and training in order to perform their daily tasks in the safest possible way. From a technical standpoint, Kevin enjoys SF6 breaker rebuilds and the art of high voltage cable terminations/ splices.

In his free time, Kevin has a passion for boating, being on the water, camping, and being outdoors with his dog. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Ball State University

Wes joined Premier Power Maintenance in 2019, and serves as the Executive Director of Risk Management. His responsibilities include managing all Corporate Resources, Human Resources, Safety, Assets, Procurement and Workforce Development. Wes has amassed 20 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. Most recently, he was the Risk Management Director for a large specialty contractor after serving as the Corporate Safety Director for 10 years. He has spent his career taking a thoughtful, yet pragmatic approach to workplace safety. Wes is dedicated to process improvement, policy evolution, and developing program goals and objectives for Premier as well as the different operating units. He is driven to operate with a high level of competency while developing trust and credibility with front-line workers, management and peers. In his free time, Wes is highly active with coaching school sports for his children. Wes earned a B.A. in Psychology from Hanover College (IN) and is currently working to attain his Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation.

After joining Premier in 2016, Dave is currently the Executive Director of Operations and Client Solutions and is responsible for overseeing all operations and sales.

Dave brings over 15 years’ experience in operational budget development and execution. He also brings over 25 years’ experience in power generation, transmission, and distribution systems. He gained extensive experience as a field service engineer through testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and repairing power systems, as well as high voltage work as a utility lineman. Dave was a NIULPE Licensed Power Engineer, NETA Level III Certified, member of the NFPA (Electrical Section), and PEARL (Professional Electrical Apparatus Reconditioning League).  Dave is on the Board of Directors for NETA and PEARL, and participates actively on several committees.

Dave is noted for his ability to teach a practical understanding of even the most complex operational requirements of a power distribution or utilization system, including application of the National Electric Code, UL requirements, NFPA Electrical Series, NETA (InterNational Electrical Testing Association) Testing Specifications, NESC, and other industry standards. In addition to his operations responsibilities, Dave also serves as an instructor for the company’s internal and external training program and routinely contributes in the field as a test technician.

In his free time, Dave and his family tend to and care for their animals on their horse ranch in Indiana. His formal education includes a B.S. from New York State University, and an A.A. from the University of Maryland.

Brian is the Director of Business Development for Premier Power Maintenance, joining Premier in 2013. He is responsible for all aspects of new client development across the company’s service area.

Brian has been in the electrical industry for over 25 years, holding positions of diverse responsibilities through that timeframe. He began his career with one of the largest electrical distributors in the country serving in multiple roles, ultimately becoming the Operations Manager in Evansville, IN. Subsequently, he worked for one of the premier electrical manufacturer’s representatives in the Midwest.

Brian’s primary focus with Premier is developing long-term key partnerships with large organizations across myriad market segments. Brian, in conjunction with Company Owners and the Director of Sales and Marketing, work to define new channel sales opportunities and formulates marketing strategies to penetrate prospective customers with maximum efficiency.

In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenna, and young son, James. His other interests are cars and the night sky. Brian participates in auto road racing events around the Midwest and is also an avid amateur astronomer. Brian Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.

Mike Wolf is the Director of Finance & IT for Premier Power Maintenance, joining Premier in 2020. He is responsible for managing the finance department including financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial strategy as well as managing the IT department.

Mike has over 25 years of accounting experience from working mainly with closely held and family owned businesses on audits, tax return preparation, and business consulting in a public accounting firm to managing the finance department of a privately owned multi-location company. During this time, Mike has a proven track record of improved productivity and efficiency of the companies he has worked with through collaborating with all levels of the company, analyzing processes and procedures, and training and mentoring staff.

Mike is committed to leading the Finance team to provide timely and accurate information and service for the company. Seeking process and procedural improvements as well as providing financial analysis for better decision making and management of the company by all departments is a top priority for Mike.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, biking, running, and working on home improvement projects. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
