Megan Templeman is a Vice President for Premier Power Maintenance and is responsible for driving the growth and direction in the finance, accounting, human resources, marketing, and administrative departments. Megan is also a part owner of Premier Power Maintenance and shares accountability for many aspects of the business, including insurance renewals, legal accountability, financial reporting, budgeting, business vendor relationships, marketing objectives, and other company initiatives.
Megan began her career at Premier Power Maintenance during high school by helping the administrative team fulfill tasks. During college, Megan was able to directly apply what she was learning through her triple majors in Accounting, Human Resources, and Management as she worked part time directly with each of these departments. During this time, she suggested and helped implement many policies and procedures that helped Premier Power Maintenance to more efficiently grow in team members and customers over the years.
Megan has been invited to represent Premier Power Maintenance multiple times in Washington D.C. at leadership summits where she spoke with political officials about ways to strategically grow small businesses and boost the American economy. In addition, she attends professional summits and workshops that focus on skills and initiatives that help the company’s overall goal attainment and growth.
Megan remains committed to maintaining a positive company culture focused on team member safety while strategically and efficiently growing the operations. She encourages open communication and input from all team members to help foster efficient, effective, and exceptional operations.
In her free time, Megan enjoys crafting, boating, camping, traveling, gardening, and exploring the outdoors with her fiancé, Brian. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University.
