Brooke Gross is the Director of Human Resources, joining Premier in 2018. She oversees the strategic direction of human resource initiatives, driving team member life cycle management, benefit design, employment & labor law compliance, change management, and policy development.

Brooke brings with her over 20 years’ experience as an HR professional. Before joining Premier, Brooke worked as a human resource professional in communications, manufacturing, construction and building mechanical service markets, bringing an array of industry insight to the leadership team.

Brooke is dedicated to aligning HR strategies with Premier’s short and long term goals. Brooke partners with the leadership team, managers and team members seeking feedback to better serve unique needs. Premier’s Core Values is the driver to building and strengthening culture, recruiting, retention, and succession strategies.

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, and spending time with her family. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, and is SHRM- CP certified.
